Beginner
Whether you’re brand new to Reformer Pilates or just want to revisit the basics, this class is a supportive, feel-good space for all levels. We take things steady, focussing on core principles like alignment, control and breath- without taking ourselves too seriously. Perfect for first timers, great for seasoned movers who love a strong foundation and open to everyone who wants to move their body.
Slow Flow
Breathe, move and melt into mindful movement. This class slows things right down so you can focus on technique, alignment and moving with intention. Perfect for all levels- whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice. It’s low on intensity but big on body awareness, connection, and relaxation. Think: slow, smooth, and oh-so-satisfying!
Open Level
All welcome, all levels, all vibes. This class is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at- whether you’re just starting or have been flowing for years. Each movement comes with options to dial it up or tone it down, so you can challenge yourself or keep it chill. Expect a balanced, full-body workout with plenty of room to move your own way. Your reformer, your pace, your Pilates.
Core & Stability
This one is all about building strength from the centre out. We’ll focus on deep core activation, balance and control to help you feel stronger and more grounded- both on and off the reformer. It’s a feel-good challenge designed for those with some Pilates experience. Expect mindful movement, a few wobbles (totally normal!), and that satisfying post class glow.
Power
This is an energising, full-body class designed to get your muscles working and your head concentrating. While all levels are welcome, we’ll be exploring some spicier moves and stronger sequences- think dynamic flows, and that oh-so -satisfying burn. You’ll be offered options to level up or dial it back, so you can push yourself (or pace yourself) as you go. Come for the challenge, stay for the endorphins!
1:1 Private Sessions
Experience the ultimate in personalized fitness with our One-on-One Reformer Pilates classes.
