What should I wear?

We want you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move freely! Most people choose to wear form-fitting clothes like leggings, tank tops, or t-shirts so they can move easily. Also, you'll be wearing grippy socks on the Reformer, so no need for shoes. The key is to wear whatever helps you feel at ease and ready to move!

What should I bring to class with me?

For a Reformer Pilates class, you’ll want to bring a few essentials to ensure you're comfortable and ready to go. First, make sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. It’s also a good idea to come with a positive mindset and good energy—Pilates is all about connecting your body and mind, so the right attitude can really enhance your experience. Lastly, don’t forget to bring grip socks or buy some in the studio! They help keep you stable on the Reformer machine and prevent slipping. Other than that, just bring yourself, and we’ll take care of the rest!


How long is each class?

Each Reformer Pilates class is 50 minutes long. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my class?

Just be sure to cancel or reschedule within the allowed time frame (3 hours before class) to get a full refund.
